I’m David Courtney, founder of Palmetto Lane Properties and a licensed South Carolina Property Manager in Charge. I own rental properties myself and grew up around the rental business. My dad has owned rentals for 35 years. Along the way, I’ve gained hands-on experience with renovations and home construction, giving me a practical understanding of what it takes to maintain a property. I bring that owner’s perspective to rental management across Columbia, Lexington, and Aiken.
